Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused equipment in its original packaging with all manuals and components included to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-freight pickup for large machines.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
